## Product

Annulum investigates every reported safety event. AI agents connect evidence and staff accounts, test competing explanations, and draft source-linked findings. Hospital teams review findings and approve consequential interventions. An investigation may conclude that no intervention is needed.

Annulum reuses context from previous investigations and scans across the organization for recurring conditions. Case-control comparisons and Monte Carlo simulations support hypothesis testing. No public benchmark score or measured clinical outcome is claimed on this website.

The interactive medication case is illustrative and uses synthetic data. Product screenshots also show synthetic data, not patient information. Annulum is software for quality improvement, not a substitute for clinical judgment.
